Refund policy

At Carrington Pickstock, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must include the original packaging (e.g., boxes, bags, etc.).
• Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at CarringtonPickstockHelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will ship the replacement item upon receiving the returned product (subject to stock availability).
